How to cancel an order, return an item or report a fault with Resilience Lab.

Faulty or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will arrange collection and a repair, replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Business purchases are not covered by the consumer 14-day cancellation right. We will accept unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery where the supplier allows it. Return carriage is at your cost, and a restocking charge may apply to pallet-delivered items.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment card within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
